In the following we, the members of Kenyans for Peace with Truth and Justice (KPTJ), and colleagues in civil society, highlight issues which we believe should be of concern to the members of the African Union Panel of Eminent African Persons and indeed to Kenyans as we enter the decisive stretch before the elections of March 4 2013.
